My girlfriend's pc has Vista, and Im not really too familar with it.
She changed settings within Security Center > Diagnostic Settings > start up I believe, so now she starts her pc, and it has the task bar, it has everything as before, but it seems to be locked. She can't click on icons, she can't start her internet or anything.
