My girlfriend is experiencing discomfort after sex?

Okay, so, here's the deal; my girlfriend and I have been sexually active for... about a month and a half (afaik), and we're both each others first sexual partner.

Anyway, I'll cut to the juicy bits; after sex she feels discomfort in her abdominal region for 24-48 hours afterwards before it subsides.

Is this normal? Is this temporary because intercourse it relatively new? Could serious damage be caused by deep penetration (which seems to be the root of the problem) ??

sounds like u may be going "too deep" right now and maybe a lil bit too hard.

or it could be something else that she needs to get checked out by a doctor...ya never know
 
This is normal and should go with practice! In the meantime try her on top as then she can control the pressure and speed. Make sure there is a lot of lube too.
