My girlfriend has a high fever after having sex less than 48 hours ago...?

I think its way to early for any symptoms of pregnancy. We had sex and I had a condom on and didn't go in too deep and there was no rip/tears in it. We had sex early sunday morning and today she has a fever of 103.2. Is she just sick or does she have a sign of early pregnancy? Could she be pregnant?
 
There is like no way she can be pregnant.First of all it's too early to even tell.But a fever is not one of the symptoms.
So if you weren't wanting a kid then to should be fine.
