She says it's only recently been happening since she's rubbed eczema(sp?) cream on her friend. She says it happened before though when she went on long walks and got hot. I saw it today, her palms and fingers got really tight, dry, and red, with little itchy bumps. what could cause this? it doesn't happen anywhere else on her body, just the palms.
