should i go to court for rent and fees? My girlfriend broke up with me and moved out. Both names are on the lease. Should I go to court for last two months rent and break the lease next month and get her to pay half of the lease termination fee and the last months rent. Is it legit? I don't know if I can do that to her, but I'm stuck with a lot responsibility and she just left three days after she told me. any advice or comments please
