The morning after pill is only 80% effective. So, there's a chance she may be pregnant. And just so you know.. pulling out means nothing. Pre ejaculation is sperm. The plan B probably through off her cycle, it's a lot of hormones at once. She might want a blood pregnancy test at a doctors office to be safe.
