my gf (16) and i (18) have sex all the time, what are laws in california?

So, basically my gf and I have been together for a while, and I have had sex with her when I was 17 making us both minors, but I turned 18 a little while ago, and we still continued to have intercourse; however, things are falling apart, and as you all know things do not las forever, so basically were fighting and I'm in the process of breaking up with her. Here's the thing, she is a psycho insecure person, and is threatning to report me to the police and what not and file rape charges... so my question is am I pretty much screwed? or is the fact that we had sex as minors help anything?
Any answer or insight would be appreciated
