I have a Gateway NV52(refurbished/ new to me). Windows 7 64bit operating system I have a bluetooth mouse which will work when I use a bluetooth dongle but not with the bluetooth that should be on the laptop. I have pushed Fn/F6 and the bluetooth indicator is lit up in blue. I cannot find anything on the outer edges of the computer that would shut it off manually. I do not know what specifically to look for in the device manager to see if there is a problem but I have downloaded the latest bluetooth drivers from Gateway and installed them on the computer. The device manager is showing no devices with the yellow triangle on them.
Does anyone have an ideas? I'm frustrated and totally at wits end. I don't want to keep using the dongle when I apparently should have bluetooth as far as I know.
