my g35 headset is acting weird?

ok, so i just upgraded to windows 7, and since i did, my Logitech headset is screwing with me, at random points in a song, it will "crackle" a small bit, im pretty sure there not blown, since they just shouldnt be, and i just installed windows 7 a day or 2 ago. What could be wrong? and how could i fix this?
sorry, but that realy didnt help, i still heard crackle, it was much less, but i still heard it, it even happens when in msn someone sends me a message...
 
I had that problem with some sounds too, like the msn sound when people log online. I fixed it by lowering the format from 16 bit 44100Hz to 16 bit 32000Hz. Worked fine ever since. Try that and hopefully it should work for you too.
