I have a Fujitsu SIEMENS computer. I turn the power button on and that comes on - but the monitor doesn't! It either flashes green/yellow or just stays green/yellow. The screen is just plain black. Sometimes-after pressing the monitor button a few times-it comes onto a white screen and makes a strange high pitched noise. When that doesn't happen it just flashes, every time it flashes it make a strange noise also! We have pulled out the plug and slot in back in and done other things-does anybody know the problem may be?
