I was going to take the chicken out of the freezer to defrost it for soup, but it smells like fish. My hands even smell like fish just from touching the bag.
Is it safe to use?
The only other "fishy" product we have is these Alaskan Salmon burgers and they've been sealed in a package in a box on the shelf and the chicken was in a drawer.
