My front bicycle tire went flat over the weekend and i need it to get to classes, help?

there is no air in it, it is as flat as a pancake and I believe the seal on the tire is broken. Do they sell new tires at walmart
 
They have new tubes at Walmart you don't need a tire. Write the size down that is printed on the side of the tire and get a tube that covers that width of tire. Get a patch kit and an extra tube while you are there.
