My friend's cell phone is Sprint's Samsung Epic. While on the phone, something was pressed on his touch screen to affect his calls. He cannot hear anyone that he calls, but they can hear him. He's power cycled his phone several times, and even reset his phone, but it's still not working. Do you know what could have been pressed to affect his phone this way? Or how he might be able to fix it? I'm trying to help him get it working, but i couldn't find anything on Sprint's website that could help. Suggestions? Or... Maybe you've had experience with the same thing? Please help.
Also, he's checked his mute button- it's not on.
His speakers work fine, he just can't hear anything during a call.
