...permission to take it? im also a minor with no drivers license and was pulled over for doing 30 in a 35 zone i stay in arizona... the car got impounded... whats the worst that can happen to me in court and what do i do about the mom making a false report?
 
Victors right. She will be in big trouble for admitting to allowing minors to use her car. And you should have known better even though you are a minor. This will have an effect on you getting you license.
 
She has to lie on the report to save her skin, more problems will come to her than you if she says she was dumb enough to give permission to minors to use her car.
