...camera, what can he do? He's been wanting his camera back since they broke up but she doesn't want to give it back. He's asked for it several times, but she won't give it up or even give him the money for it for what it costs. Now she's asking for some baby pictures of her that he has. He told her that he'll give her the photos if he could get his camera back.
At one point she came to his workplace to confront him, then another time went to his house while he was at work and blew passed his roommate when he answered the door, barged through his room and started digging around.
Now we're trying to figure out if he can press charges of any kind, sue her for anything, etc. He doesn't quite want to see her get locked up, he just wants to scare her a little, have her give his camera back or the money for it and leave him alone.
She also told his roommate to [f-bomb] when he suggested that the two meet somewhere and exchange belongings, then when she left she said that "this isn't over".
Any suggestions, resources, etc would be greatly appreciated.
