My friend dared me to stick my penis into the hotsauce jar. This was EXTREMELY hot hotsauce and not the kind you typically eat with your food. Anyway I did it and now my penis is literally feeling like it's on fire. I'm in extreme pain even with ice bags all over that general area. Should I call an ambulance and go to the ER? What should I tell them? It's terribly embarrassing! What should I do? The pain is almost to the point that I'm going to pass out! Will it get better with time? What do I do? Thanks
