Someone got into my friend's car a couple of months ago with some cocaine on him and when my friend got pulled over, he got charged for the cocaine also. He was placed on probation, but it was his birthday the other night so he (stupidly) got drunk. He got out of the car (he wasn't driving) at an apartment complex and took a leak between a couple of cars. Unfortunately, one of the cars belonged to a security guard...and he was in the truck. The security guard overreacted and started manhandling my friend and abusing him. He took my friend's driver's license and phone at some point and put him in handcuffs.
I think the police were on their way so my friend freaked out, somehow broke out of the handcuffs, pushed the security guard and ran away.
Does he have an arrest warrant out for him? Any ideas what will happen to him now and what he can do?

He's really a good guy, but made some dumb decisions and his life could be ruined because of it.)
