...her dad. When it went to court? he had 5 charges on him. rape in the 1st degree/sodemy 1st degree/and some sexual abuse charges. All together he was facing 60 yrs. He got 3 months in jail. They had more than enough evidence to put him away for life. Can someone tell me why he only got 3 months in JAIL?????!!!!! Thank you.
