my friend was let out of jail on friday and was supposed to be going to department of social srvices to do emergency housing. and to get to parole thru them. now by the time she got home from upstate dss was closed . now im trying to find out if she will get in trouble for not going on friday even though they were closed. ? she is going on monday and i just need to know.??
