My friend trying to fly to Korea from US and he is under warrant of arrest?

My friend is trying to fly to Korea from US and he is under warrant of arrest because he didn't go to court for his truency case.. he is gonna departing at DFW (Dallas) to Tokyo Narita airport .. and then come to korea . Will he get arrest at DFW airport even he's taking international line ?
