Last month my friend totaled my $3,000 car with out insurance, he was licensed but i wasnt and i was driving the car around that day, but the thing is that he told the cops that he drove the car from mine that day
Now the thing is that his dads since telling him not to pay up even tho he crashed my car and there where witnesses who heard a car over revving before an accident.
My question is that if i where to go to cort and he said that i was driving without a lisence could i lose mine? Even tho on the police report it says that he was driving could i lose mine (i just got them)
any help would be use full, btw the tow truck was just over $400
