If you mean basketball camps, most elite camps are invite only. But schools basketball program and coaches offer camps for a certain fee. I found links to Wake Forest and N.C. State's camps, but not UNC or Duke's camps. You could also contact UNC and Duke about their camps because I know Coach K and Coach Williams have summer camps.
