New arrest is for knowingly driving while license is suspended, a Felony.
What is your opinion on what is going to happen? and how long til his court date?
P.S- yeah i know he's a dumbass that keeps screwing up and deserves it, i already know that. what i want to know is your thought on whether or not he is going to jail, for how long, and when he should be getting his court date

It is a felony because this person has been stopped and gotten caught for it before. he is a "habitual" offender when it comes to driving with a suspended license. first time, he said he didn't know and they let him go.
