You should be able to temporarily disable any norton product by simply right clicking the icon in the taskbar (bottom right corner) and choosing "disable". It might be "disable antivirus", "disable firewall", or something else, depending on what norton product you have. Whatever is there to be disabled, disable it. If there's more than one, disable all of them. *Don't* forget to turn it back on if it doesn't do it automatically after a period of time.
If you continue to have problems with it you may have to create an exception for adobe flash player in your norton product's settings. This is a little more difficult, but still not very hard. If you do end up having to do this, your best bet is to go to the norton support page and search for the way to do it, or speak with a support representative. Alternately, if you cannot do either of those, feel free to let us know exactly which norton product you have in the additional details section of your question. Then, I, or someone else, should be able to walk you through it.
