Okay so my friend is 22 and in jail for a rape charge but here is the thing, him and his "alleged" victim were both drunk and they had sex. The evidence proves that they had sex, but it does not prove that it was rape it is his word against hers. Now when the girl went for a rape kit they took blood and it proved that she was drunk and so was he. now someone can testify saying that he was drunk. is there anything that he can say or do to help drop this charge?
