Firstly, it sounds like your friend needs medical help. Good Hygiene may alleviate the need to behave this way.
Secondly, to get pregnant, she must be old enough - usually post puberty; male bodily fluids and fertility status are important. So I doubt it, but will accept medical proof that it is possible.
