my friend is cutting herself?

she has been doing it on and off for year and she is now doing it again hear is what she told me she has been dating this guy who I never met but (I live in il and her in col when I try call her she never answers the phone and we never talk online) anyway he is cutting himself and does drugs a lot of other stuff she has been known to hang out with a lot of kids like that I think of her as like my little sister I known her since she was 6 months (1 year older) I don't know what to do she does not think I understand I used to think of suicide and all that but never done it I had a low self esteem after being raped by my cousin for years she is 14 (going to high school next year) and I fear it will only get worse she is the type of person who always needs to have loads of friends and be the center of attention and she told me her dad used to get drunk and hit her but he does not do that any more I don't know what to do I want to help her I think it may get worse once she gets to hs (like me) I know i will never cut or kill myself I was wrong to even think about it but I think she will not stop before she hits rock bottom and I want to help her before its to late
