The other guy was at fault for speeding. My friend was stopped at a stop sign, preparing to go left. He had to pull out a little to see beyond the cars parked along the side of the street.
Suddenly, this other car comes flying along and totals my friend's car.
I wonder what the other guy's told his lawyer...because my friend was just sitting there, minding his own business. He's the one who lost his car and could've been killed. The other guy hardly had any car damage.
My friend took pictures of the accident and the skid marks caused by the other party.
Who do you think the judge will believe?
