ok so she just went into wallmart with a friend of hers, and her friend stole something and as they were walking outside, she handed it 2 her a few seconds b4 a security guard stoped them, now apparently my friend has to pay 250 bucks to this walmart or it goes to court, is my friend being screwed over? shes afraid cuz shes on probation and doesent know if she will go 2 jail for just being in the wrong place at the wrong time even though she didn't comit the crime and shes being blamed for it. is walmart just trying to get some money out of her or do they really have a case?
