My friend is always complaining that her parents won't let her have a boyfriend...?

she's old enough to have a boyfriend. She's old enough to make decisions for herself and should know what's wrong and right with a guy. If it's because of something like a religious or cultural reason then she shouldn't complain, that's embracing the way she is. If it's just because her parents are stubborn, she should go ahead and have a boyfriend and explain that she is responsible enough to be in a relationship.
 
well it's really up to her and her parents, but you could tell her that it's ok because then when she's older she will know how to pick a good boyfriend
 
so i want to give her some advice what should i say she should do? she is 16 yrs old. Please Help :) thanks.
oh also her parents are very religious and they don't even let her come out with us. its only like 3 times in 6 months she comes out with us so.....
