My friend is acting weird...?

Okay, so my best friend, who is like a sister me, has been acting pretty weird now. I mean, she told me that she doesnt feel anything. like, not numb lol ,like if i tell her something thats bothering me & its really big she wouldnt like think about it too much .... but she usually does & always tries her best to make it better ( i do the same too) But i don;t know. . . i mean, its not only me, its all things that matter, she just doesn't care..? idk.
Please tell me what I should tell her or help her dooo
