my friend in an awful place?

he is constantly saying he is worth less and i want to die and f*** this say good bye to every for me so i'm always calling him non-stop to stop him he also has had a loss of apatite and not been as sociable as usual i know he is depressed i just don't know how to help him we are finished school so i can't really talk to him face to face unless we meet outside of school he is also very stubborn and it would be hard to get him to go to a consouler thanks kate..Xx..!!
