my friend julio hit a womans cherokee whit his car and now she sold her car they have a court next week because my friend and her dint have insurance ...now the woman its asking him 1300 for the car that she already sold ....what can he do? the woman sold the car and its asking him for $1300 ...should he paid her the money or wait till they go to the court house??? it was a 1996 cherokee
