he has changed Heater core, thermal stat and heat Sensor. the water pump is not leaking. made sure there is enough water in radiator. it's a 5.9 V8 rear wheal drive so it's not the fan. fan turns. not losing water. oil is good. no blue smoke so not head gasket. no water leaks. when Revien up engine with radiator cap off, engine hot, water moves up and down. only thing he hasn't changed is Heater core hoses, water pump and radiator. what could we be over looking?
