I was in my car with my friend and her boyfriend driving.
We got pulled over (his fault)
and he got a ticket for
1.being in the middle of traffic
and
2.driving on a suspended license.
i didnt know he had a suspended license!
So when its over and we leave he says he is going to go to court and say me and his girlfriend where drinking so he had to drive to keep us and himself safe. Which is a lie. what worries me is Can this get me in trouble??

We get pulled over because he passed a green light with traffic in it. leaving us in the middle of the intersection when the light turned red.
Totally reasonable it was his fault. Me and his girlfriend are under age and the vehicle is under my fathers name.
Also the girlfriends boss is going to be his lawyer.
So if him saying me and his girlfriend where drinking can possibly get me in trouble and i want to say something ahead of time to prevent getting in trouble im scared to do so because she will be able to look at all the files and most likely find out i said something.
