...they come after my friend? my friend gets married to a person who is declaring themselsves bankrupt they dont get narried till next year at the moment they dont have a house but he is getting a substanial compensation claim so he will buy a house outright how does he stand with her bankrupcy could they perssue him for the money she has declared herself bankrupt for ?
