my freind used my droid to look up an "innapropriate video"..will the history show?

He looked up sometthing I didn't want him to..I'm sure you can figure ouut what it was. Will this video tthat was watched for. Only a few seconds give my droid a viruis?? And is there any way for my parrents to find out about this on the bill? My dad conviently called mee two minuutes after it happed and I'm not sure if he is havinng my phone watched or anyything?? Is this possible?? Thanks
