my forhead is breaking out

My forhead is breaking out with small little bumps that look like whiteheaRAB? What can I do? I am 37 years old. It gets better when I get
my period and then it comes back again. help???
 
apply 55 benzoyl peroxide at bedtime (Oyx5 etc) and 2% salicylic acid in the morning (Nutrogena Rapid Clear acne moisturiser) - both after washing with a syndet clenser
 
Hello, My name is Tim, and am currently studying Biochemistry at Queens university.

If you are from the United states, there should be adverts about 'Acne Controlling' face wash.

These don't work. I have found an MR capsule called 'Sebomin' which contains 100mg of 'anhydrous Minocycline.'

This works for break outs around the face. And can be obtained from any Pharmacy. (with s doctors prescription)
