First off you could have shorted a number of things out, and secondly did you cover the ecm completely up? You have shorted something out somewhere, now you would need an engnie diag ran to know exactly where unless you can have someone else turn the key and see a spark or smell smoke.
Other then that stop opening your hood when going thru the car wash.............
