my ford mustang and a moan i hear any1 have this problem or know what cause it?

I have a car that makes a loud moaning noise when i start it up,now i turned the a/c and heater off completely and 90% of the noise goes away when it turn the heater or a/c off ,i also noticed that my pulley to my air conditoner pump does not turn properly,like sometimes it stops and ten starts spinning again is this normal or should the pulley allways spin ,if my pulley is seized up will this cause the moaning sound,any help i can get please
 
Ac pumps do go out and the clutches do fail also.
But you may be too far away from the problem, pull out the heater fan and see if there is something lodged in it!
