my ford festiva car loses power uphill or when i drop gear?

i have a ford festiva yr 95 1.3 efi. recently i noticed its losing power whenever i drop to a lower gear or go uphill...this exact thing happens when i drive early in the morning

i changed my air filter and checked all hose and linkages yet to change plugs and fuel filter.. im doing this step by step to see which is causing the problem...does anyone know why this is hapening ???
 
First, it is next to impossible for a Festiva to lose power because Ford never made that option available. But seriously, though, if you have stick shift your clutch is slipping; if automatic, your transmission is kaput. Don't bother with quotes--repairing either is more than a 14-year-old Festiva is worth. And where would you get the parts, anyway? There are no Festivas in used car yards; most of them were totaled by hitting squirrels. But if you insist on more power, pour Red Bull into your oil filler--I hear the hamsters love it.
