my ford f 150 didn't come with the tow loops on the front where can i mount tow hooks?

it is an 03 f 150 lariat super crew and im really mad i didn't notice these were missing. i have some mechanical ability but if necessary i will take it to a mechanic or the dealership. The frame is not pre-drilled for hooks just the factory loops which i cant seem to find anywhere
 
I would try to get the factory loops... Call some junk yards in your area, somebody somewhere has to have these things lying around. It's not like people didn't wreck any of these trucks.

Also try posting a wanted ad, like on Craigslist or a local paper.
 
try a ford dealership. they will be a little more pricey but if you cant find them any where else you might have to get them there.
