my ford explorer surges and stalls at stop lights?

it started last week when my car starts just fine , but at stop lights for longer than a minute my car will die and when i push on the gas hard it surges like it wants to slow down or like it might die but dont till i slow down and push the gas slow anyone have any ideas about this
now i changes the fuel filter
and the throttle sensor
spark plugs
distributar cap
and the knock sensor any one have any ideas of these car symtoms
