My escort dies in park, reverse and idol. It doesnt happen everytime. My car will also lurch forward while the rpm's jump up and down, which happens everytime Im in idol, it helps putting the car in neutral but you can steel feel the lurching and see the rpms moving. I have a warrenty but it only covers drive train, engine and transmission. Can someone give me their oppinion. Im going to have a dignostic on it and if its covered I dont pay anything. If its not I pay $80 for the test. Please help, thank you.
