BEFORE you get your panties all knotted up, I know no one can give me a proper reason. I just want suggestions on what it could be, I couldn't find much of anything on Google... And I don't have a doctors appointment for like 5 months.
I've had this problem for a while now, and it seems to be getting worse. When I walk barefoot, or in flat shoes (Converse, flip flops, etc.) my right foots tilts outwards (to where I'm walking on the left side of my right foot). If I try to walk with it flat, it's really painful and it actually takes quite a bit of effort to hold it in that position. It looks stupid because I limp when I do it. :/
I used to wear flip flops a lot, usually every day from Spring - late Fall. Now I wear them less, I usually wear these sneakers my mom got me. They're really nice, but are kind of thick at the soles, and raise my heel above my toes. And when I wear them I can walk normally, so they're usually the only ones I wear.
I never sit with my legs crossed, or on my leg/foot. I'm not a MAJORLY active person, I mean I still get around and such, but it's hard to do much of anything with my foot like this.
But I hate not being able to walk properly... It's so annoying. I'm not sure when it started, maybe a few months ago?
Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing this?
*** in case you missed it: I know no one can give me a proper reason. I just want suggestions on what it could be, I couldn't find anything helpful online. And I don't have a doctors appointment any time soon. ***
@HOshnagada: I had a doctor appointment at the beginning of this month, dumbass. I go every 6 months.
Get your facts straight before you start trying to seem "smart".
