My flash file will not upload to youtube, do you know how i can convert my

flash into another file? i tried to upload it as a swf. and as a flv. file, but it needs to be converted into another file to upload, so do you know any FREE software i can use to convert this so i can upload this to youtube
 
Yes I know one and it's called Format Factory. It will let you change the file into any kind of movie file!
