My Fish's water is stressed?

I just Cleaned my fish tank. Is there anything to help stabilize it better? Or make it more acidic for my neon' s? It's stressing them.

take it to your local fish store and they will test your water ( I go to petsmart they have free water testing) then they will help you if your water is in poor quality you just have to bring a bag of your fish water and they should show you the right products.
