my fish tank's water is cloudy and stinks also!?

i just changed their water yesterday. i did a 25% change in their water but last night before i went to sleep i fed them mashed bananas coz i read in a goldfish site that its okay to feed them banana as long as you mashed them well so they wont have a hard time eating it. then after few minutes of feeding them with a banana the water becames cloudy then when i wake up this morning the top filter stinks! now my room stinks also! what should i do? should i do the 25% replacing of water again even if i just did that yesterday? wont that stress the fishes? is the banana the reason why it became cloudy or it might be something else? what should i do with the foam in my filter that just stinks so bad?? any suggestions will be appreciated..

by the way i own a 2 ryukin goldfish in a 20 gallon fish tank :)
 
DO THE WATER CHANGE!!! It might stress them out a little...but keeping harmful rotten bannana in the tank will kill your fish. You just have to carefully do it........
 
1. Don't feed them mashed bananas! OMG!..
2. The foam is from the banana! EW GROSS!..
3. Clean your fishes tank once a week and only feed the fish the fish food that you bought at the pet store. Not groceries that you bought for yourself.
