my fish tank is so cloudy!?

today i did my frequent water change on my 25 gal tank, i usually do a 25% water change but today i did a 75% water change, i filled it up with the water from the hose. now its all cloudy, it usually doesn't take this long to clear up whats wrong. i tried all the chemical sh*t to clear it up and it doesn't work.don't be hatin on me, im new at this.so yea. thx anything will help..
 
Just give it time. No more water changes. If it's a new fish tank it's going through new tank syndrome. Here is more info about it
