I have a ten gallon fish tank, randomly it became cloudy I tried turning off the light completely as well as monitoring more closely how often he was fed. Neither of these reduced the cloudyness so I changed the tank completely. Put in all new water cleaned the tank and put in new filters now its been a little over a week and it is starting to look cloudy again.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this problem or what might be causing it??

yea bacteria bloom, dont throw away filters the biological filtration is necessary to remove waste. Most everybody will experience that when first starting to cycle their tank. Do no more than 20-50% water change if water becomes too toxic for fish(you may need a test kit).

sounds like a bacteria bloom. If you add some aquarium plants this might help take care of the problem in a more natural way

STOP changing the water, that is a bacterial bloom, your tank is trying to cycle, it will clear up. Get a master test kit to monitor the cycle levels.
